Director
Ben Fitchett brings a wealth of expertise to the property management industry, with a decade of experience in mechanical services and refrigeration. His professional journey spans both local and international contexts, having worked extensively in Melbourne and London. In Melbourne, Ben served as an on-site project manager, leading a team responsible for the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation services in large-scale apartment developments. His meticulous oversight ensured the seamless integration of these essential systems throughout Melbourne’s bustling urban landscape.

During his two-year tenure in London, Ben contributed significantly to a prominent refrigeration company. As a manager overseeing the central and south London areas, he catered to esteemed clients, including Holiday Inn and Aldi supermarkets. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction set him apart in this competitive market. Ben’s passion for facility management led him to One East Melbourne, a premium Becton development comprising 85 luxury apartments. Here, he honed his skills over eight years, meticulously managing every aspect of the property. His dedication to quality and efficiency became evident as he ensured the seamless operation of this prestigious residential complex.

In 2023, fuelled by a desire to elevate the industry, Ben co-founded Engaged Facility Management with Sean. Their vision was clear: to employ skilled tradespeople as building managers, revolutionising the quality of facility management services. Under their joint leadership, Engaged Facility Management has become synonymous with excellence, and clients trust their commitment to their properties’ well-being.

Sean boasts an impressive two decades of experience in the building and construction industry. His journey began as a shopfitter and cabinet maker where he honed his practical skills and gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of construction. With six years as a project manager, Sean transitioned seamlessly into overseeing complex endeavours.
His portfolio includes managing high-end projects for renowned brands such as Chanel and Channel Nine in Melbourne. Sean’s attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional results have made him a sought-after professional in the field.
